The Community Based Organization Collective (CBO Collective) represents a new day for workforce-focused organizations in Chicago. Driven by the spirit of inclusivity, 15 founding non-profits have organized for systems change. Through the shared efforts of our member organizations we are able to place hundreds of additional people into jobs, on top of the cumulative thousands we serve independently.
The CBO Collective hosts job fairs regularly at the locations of its member organizations. The CBOC organizations hire across all industries and support job seekers eager to get back to work or build skills.
